EDGE™ selected to renovate Grey Oaks estate

EDGE introduced it has been selected to renovate a custom made estate on Chinaberry Way in the prestigious Grey Oaks local community.

The lead inside designer for this renovation is Adriene M. Ged of EDGE, doing the job closely with architect Karen Velasco-Carter. Building is being performed by Diamond Customized Houses. 

“The first home had a weighty Tuscan design with a closed-in layout, authentic Turkish travertine marble flooring, carpeted bedrooms and extensive arches during the two its interior and exterior,” explained Ged. “The new design will be what is known as a ‘Med-mod’ (Mediterranean modern) model showcasing conventional characteristics of a Mediterranean residence with thoroughly clean, present day components. I am delighted by the option to perform on this important job in partnership with Karen Velasco-Carter of Diamond Customized Properties.”

Constructed in 2003, the residence features 3,925 square toes of air-conditioned residing area and 5,562 whole sq. ft in a person living degree with a few bedrooms, three whole baths, two 50 percent-baths, research, and spacious outdoor living spot.
